1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using zekalab.info and ZəkaHouse services, provided by ZekaLab MMC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Zəka & Platform Services

Our platform provides interactive courses, collaborative workspaces, and Zəka-assisted educational tools. You agree that:

• Zəka-generated content and recommendations should be verified before reliance for official or critical purposes.
• You will not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or malicious content.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform infrastructure.

3. Accounts & User Obligations

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The ZəkaHouse platform, branding, logos, and underlying code are the exclusive property of ZekaLab MMC. Users retain ownership of their uploaded course content, granting ZəkaHouse a non-exclusive license to host and display it to authorized learners.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
